I can’t connect Yeelight through SmartThings.
It shows that I have one Yeelight device, but it ends up nowhere…
I am having the same issue as yours with the exact same contents as your screenshot @777urbo
It seems there is no connection (API or something) between SmartThings and Yeelight ecosystem.
Anyone to help to solve the problem?
Is there any MODERATOR from SmartThings to help? XD
I recently added 4 Mi Smart LED Bulbs using Mi Home, they work fine with their app and integrated with Google Home. However when I link SmartThings with Yeelight, it logins correctly using the same Mi Home Credentials, but my bulbs are not added to ST. Is someone at SmartThings looking into this? Or should I open a ticket? Where?
This forum was set up a number of years ago so that customers could help other customers with ideas and troubleshooting for the SmartThings Home Automation system. It’s not an official support channel.
On top of that, since SmartThings published their API a couple of years ago, it is now the responsibility of the device manufacturer to build, and maintain the integration to SmartThings. So if you have a problem with that integration, you need to ask that companies support, in this case yeelight.
If you want to open an official support ticket with SmartThings, you can, by opening the SmartThings app and going to the contact us option, but if it has to do with an integration, they’re probably just going to send you over to the device manufacturer.
