Yale zwave lock "updating status"

Hello, I am trying to get my lock (yale YRD110ZW619) back up and running again with my smartthings v3 hub. The hub is plugged in the outlet just below and next to the door with the lock.

  1. On the ST app i did search for devices then held the zwave button down on the lock for two beeps per the locks instructions in the manual - the lock did not appear
  2. I took out the batteries and replaced them, then went into the ST app, searched for the device by manually inputting the name, the device eventually connected
  3. I tap on the device and now it says “updating status” and the device doesn’t show as connected.

Are there any additional steps I should try to get this working? I’ve heard of the rboy drivers, but unsure I can even get that to work if the lock doesn’t even show a connected status.

Hi @BLH_BLH
Is the issue still ongoing, or has it been resolved?

Resolved - I had to do the initiate the removal process on the st hub and shortly after on the lock via the Zwave button.
