I had some problems with my Yale lock which resulted in me having 4 Card/Tags that are no longer used. When I try to delete them I follow the instructions and it just says ‘Failed to connect to lock’ and the false entries remain. Anyone know how to get rid of them? If I delete the app and re-install will I have to reprogram all the Card/Tags? Maybe the false entries will still remain even if I do delete it? I cant find any info on this.
deleting app and reinstalling will not delete your card/tags.
thanks i have tried this but the non card/tags re appeared and still cannot be deleted.
I wonder if Yale have a support line you could ring or live chat? Might be the only option other than buying extra key credits…
