Xioami Motion Sensor issue: no status or historical data (June 2019)

I’ve been having a strange issue with my motion sensors. I have Zigbee several motion sensors from a mix of brands Samsung, Iris, Xiaomi. They were all working fine until about a week ago, and now only the Samsung motion sensors are reporting data. All the devices show up in the app and show connected, but when you click on them they don’t report any status or historical data. My hub is located in the middle of my house and I have more far flung sensors that are still reporting, so I’m not really sure what the issue is.

Have you added new devices during this time?

No. And I’m only at 20 devices on the v3 hub.

OK, so that’s not it.

I know a couple of people have reported sensor issues in the last two or three weeks, but I don’t I think there’s been a resolution yet.

I would definitely report the problem to support, but I would only initially mention the iris sensors since those are officially supported and the Xioami are not. ( sometimes if you mention Xioami sensors, the first line support will tell you they can’t help you.)
