This is now a craft beer thread. There has been an explosion of craft breweries in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area over the past couple of years, to the point that I can’t even keep up with them or all of the different individual locally made brews available to me at sny given time. So I’m just knocking them down one at a time. Tonight’s first victim:

Gotta ask, how was that beautiful bottle of beer? 
Pleasant, but nothing I’d go out of my way for. The flavor was…different (not in a bad way)…but there was nothing that I could really identify as being coconut-like. In fact the whole time I was drinking it I kept telling my wife (much to her annoyance) that it reminded me of something, but I just couldn’t put my finger on it. I never did, either. Maybe I’ll try it again just to see if I can figure it out.
