WO15Z-1 network issues

I have several of these outlets (WO15Z-1) working fine. Two of them have issues if power is lost - they do not reconnect to the network. I have run the Smartthings network repair - it just notes the 2 outlets are not accessible. In the past I had to reconnect them to the network manually. I tried running the “checking device health”, and it just runs and runs - no feedback. These outlets are not in easily accessible areas - has anyone else had these issues and is there a way to repair the connection without physically accessing the device?

I thought I would respond to myself since I appear to have resolved the issue. I shut power off to the outlets, then powered back on and attempted another repair network - this time both outlets came back online. Hope this helps someone else.
