Windows App shortcut location?

Hi,
Does anyone know the ST App shortcut location?
I want to run a cmd command to start ST.

It works on Netflix like this:
start shell:Appsfolder\4DF9E0F8.Netflix_mcm4njqhnhss8!Netflix.App

But when creating a ST shortcut on my desktop and open properties, the target only shows the first few characters and is to long to show complete.
SAMSUNGELECTRONICSCO.LTD.SmartThingsWind

Also the location where its located is protected.
C:\Program Files\WindowsApps
I did the security thing and can now acces it, but I also cannot find a application file I can run manually, but same goed for Netflix…

Drag and drop the shortcut to notepad to reveal full info and app ID. Remove the s p a c e s between characters.
