Windows 10 motion wake-up screen using camera?

I’m installing a tablet control panel running Win10 and ActionTiles - I’d like the tablet screen to wake up on motion detected from the camera. I’ve seen a lot of IP Camera software, but nothing for a simple “wake-up” procedure. Anyone using anything they can recommend?

I ended up just using a photo screensaver instead, which everyone loves.

Cool - thanks. I was playing with it today and used a blank/black screen. No lock so I just need to tab to wake it. I love the pic idea - I need to come up with pics.
