Will a Linear D500Z wall switch act as an extender to my network for existing ST multi-purpose sensors?
The SmartThings branded sensors use zigbee, so the repeater device also has to use zigbee. The Linear is zwave, so it can’t help in this regard.
A smartthings branded smart plug is a zigbee repeater. So is the less expensive smart plug 3210-L that is available at Lowe’s.
