I have been slowly building up a couple simple smart devices and have connected Amazon Echo up to the SmartThings hub to command lights on and off. I noticed this morning that I have notifications on my app that are labeled Amazon Alexa commands. I see that some are from times I know I verbally commanded lights on or off but there are 30-50 per day where I know there was nobody even home. Has anyone else noticed this? Is this just notifying me that the two are communicating? Wondering what could be happening here.
I am having the same problem. It seems I have the Amazon Alexa notification in activity field and that it goes off every few minutes. Anyone know why this started all of a sudden and what it means. It is not a notification storm for every time I use Alexa.
