This photo shows my problem - both lights are connected to the same bridge, using the same scene (energize). Does anyone know how to resolve this?

You may want to contact Philips Hue support since this forum leans towards the ST hub and app.
That must be a faulty bulb. It should provide only warm to cold white colours.

I sent an email earlier today, waiting for them to get back to me.
Are you controlling them from the Hue app or the ST app?
Check that both of them has the same firmware and both of them are the same product. I have some older and newer models and they have different colours for some range.
But white should be white.
Otherwise, just and advise, these bulbs works best if they are not covered with that kind of covers. They give a better color. And more light.
