My buddy insteon setup just died. He only had two lamp modules. I was talking with him about getting smartthings. I currently use it it love it (minus slowness). He want to Best buy to go pick up a kit and they told him the kit has been discontinued. Is this true? Are they phasing out smartthings? While I have not heard of this I just don’t want to send into a product that will not continue.

I very much doubt that as they’ve only just launched the new Samsung WiFi mesh system with built-in SmartThings.

I believe we are going to start selling a kit with the newest outlet and your best buy store likely meant they don’t have any kits with the square outlet.
