WeMo - Removed device, added a new device in WeMo app but ST doesn't see the changes

Today I removed a motion sensor from the WeMo app, and added a new outlet.

I went into WeMo setup to add the outlet but it doesn’t show.

Further the Motion Detector I removed is,still detected in spite of it being outright removed on the WeMo side…

It’s as if it simply will not re-poll the network,and I have no idea how to fix it…
