Hi, due to the recent issue of SmartThings app crashing which eventually resulted to my SmartThings setup to ALL gone, I am intending to re-setup everything. May I ask the support to have the welcome code? My V2 hub S/N: 4000278047. Thank you in advance.

I have no hope now that Samsung will be able to restore my SmartThings account so I have no choice but to setup all over again.
