The V3 hub does not require a welcome code. Only the V2 hub requires the welcome code. I am assuming that is what you mean by asking for a welcome card? Were you able to get the hub connected to the app or did you get an error code?

I looked up this Serial Number, and the Hub appears as claimed since May this year.
So, please provide more details on what you’re trying to achieve.

Thank you all for replying so quickly. I am trying. To connect this to Google Home. And include. My Google TV stream box. I am an old robotics and IT guy. And Matter.just interests me. I will do it until I learn it. But I would get nowhere if I don’t ask for help. Had no clue what a welcome card was, but I saw many people getting help after asking for one.. Let’s open this puppy up and see what we can do..
