Weird Monitoring Rule showing up in logs

So I was looking at my logs and a smartapp called Monitoring Rule shows up. It gives the following error constantly:

6:07:05 PM: error groovy.lang.MissingMethodException: No signature of method: script14533145234631673522614.getSecurityFeatures() is applicable for argument types: () values: [] @ line 969

I looked under my location -> list smartapps and there are two things listed called Monitoring Rule. Neither of them appear to do anything and I can’t delete them.

Any ideas?
