New faceplate just arrived and I have installed.
To answer one question: I sent a message through the watercop website for support and received an email back within a day. Price was $100 and shipping was $21 via FedEx 2day.
I will monitor for the next few days and report back if I still see any disconnects.
It does appear to still be Z-wave and not Z-wave plus if that matters to you.
