How do a get a smart things socket replaced under warranty, been trying to contact them now for over a month to get it replaced, the chatline and gone on email to support@smartthings then get email back asking for more information then get ignored, ive never come accross with Samsung, on a call now to a guy called Mark, he says he will callback, anyone on here got a clue what the secret is to get it sorted, thanks in advance, Dave
