Wall plug problems

I have an external wall that plug me I
am just learning. I had the unit working then I moved it to another groom and the message said it was offline now I can’t get it working
I have a 2.4 link system extender in the new location it I can still connect to the modem
Joey can I get this back on line?

What brand wall plug are you using? Did you have it set up in the SmartThings app initially?

I would try to do a full reset first. Delete the plug from the app you are using and try to go through the pairing process again.
