I know there were problems before with virtual switches showing offline however, my echo refuses to recognize is the name of my virtual switch. I have tried naming it different things several times but I’m still unable to control it. Any suggestions?

Create a group in the Amazon echo mobile app. Name it what you want the virtual switch to be called. Select that switch in that group.
