Virtual lock that works with Smart Locks and device health?

Are there any handlers that work with device health so they don’t show up as unavailable and work with Smart Locks so you don’t get this message?

This is what I’m using.

I thought virtual devices never worked with device health, because they never respond when pinged. Or am I misunderstanding the question?

It’s got this one spot in here that mentions health check and assumed it was to help work with device health.
