Was there resolution on this?
I have 3 kwikset 910 locks. They were showing 0 or 1% battery, even after i replaced the batteries. I tried removing and re- adding them. One took, one didn’t, and one would often show the wrong status or unknown status.
… .and now, i get a ‘failed to complete the network security key exchange’ error.
Any suggestions?
