V3 hub, sync problems, local automations not work

Hi,
Last few days started to notice battery button doesn’t respond when I press the 1st time, then yesterday suddenly the hub disconnected from Internet, also local routines didn’t work. after 3 times of reboot it connected again, everything worked as usual, then after few hours again no respond of devices although they viewed online and the hub connected to Internet.
This morning some of the devices back to work then after soft reset again local routines doesn’t work, no sync between the app and the hub (no Internet problem).
Completely confused and don’t know what to do!
Started to think maybe the hub itself is the problem? :thinking:

Try it with a different (new) 2 A USB power supply.

The power supply is a genuine Samsung 2A and it was bought 2 months ago and everything worked good till now.
Anyway tomorrow I will try another power supply.

Changes the power supply and the usb cable, still there is the same problem!

Could you enable support access to your account so I can check its details, please?

  1. Confirm the email account registered in the forum is the same one you use for SmartThings. If not, please share it with me over DM.
  2. Enable support access to your account:
  1. Go to the SmartThings Web (my.smartthings.com)
  2. Log in to your Samsung Account
  3. Select Menu (⋮) and choose Settings
  4. Toggle on Account Data Access
  5. Select the time period and confirm - In this step, please select “Until turned off”, once the team finishes, we’ll let you know so you can disable it again.

Hi,
I removed all of the devices and added them again and now works good.
I hope it will continue without problems.
I will update if something else happens, thanks
