Does your V3 hub have reduced range compared to the V2. My V2 hub died installed V3 hub and a lot of the devices that had no problem are now going offline because they don’t seem to have the same range as the V2 hub. Everything’s in the exact same place as the V2 hub.
Range should not be a problem.
If you have zwave or zigbee outlets or bulbs try power cycling them and power cycle your hub.
If that doesn’t help contact SmartThings support.
Yeah I tried those things. I bought an Aerotec repeater I’ll have it tomorrow see how that works out
And run z-wave repair if you have z-wave devices and see if any errors are generated.

What strange is the device that is farthest away which is a third reality sensor works. I have another third reality sensor close to close to the first one that one goes offline.Another sensor aerotec multi sensor 6
that one is not the furthest one away and that one disconnects. Bring them back in the house and they’re online again bring them out to the garage they go offline
I did not have these problems with the V2 hub.
Bought Aerotec repeater.
