I have been getting messages on my smartphone the hub has been disconnected then reconnected. Last night it did not reconnect and all my things are offline. I disconnected both the network cable and power cable, waited a minute then plugged it all back in. (I removed the batteries several months ago since the hub is on a UPS). It still will not connect. I have LEDs lighting up on the hub.
I am not adverse to purchasing a new hub if necessary but pairing all my things is a daunting chore. Is there a way to copy everything on the old hub onto the new hub or do I have to start from scratch?
If I push the reset button, won’t that wipe out everything?
Any other suggestions are welcome
