did an exclude and the app recognized the drop of the lock. fresh batteries 2’ from hub. go to pair the lock lock gives the green check… the app still spinning as if if didn’t see the lock. lock doesn’t show up in things, reset the lock a few times. did pair successful with the v1 hub before. did a few more excludes in a row. v2 hub recognizes the exclude each time.
left my live stream going in the IDE show unknown device type.
as its stands the lock thinks its paired, but the app and hub don’t. once i got it to show up as a ‘thing’ in the app. but after the multi reset sand excludes the ‘thing’ is gone.
ideas?
