Hi,
In the corridor at work I want to hang a samsung ‘the frame’ on the wall. On this tv i want to put a 5 sec video of a winking 
lady or man.
My question is: the tv screen has to be on with the static picture of the woman or man staring at you. Is it possible to start this video automatically when there is somebody in front of the tv. So it seems that the person on the tv gives you a wink.
