Hi, I’ve stumbled over this thread since my old cobbled together device handler stopped working.
I’ve got an energyHive sensor that uses the same infrastructure as Efergy. I have installed the app and in the smart app section itself i can see it has found my sensor and is getting readings from it, but the device itself never gets any values.
In the logs I see the following:

Can you offer any advice at all please?
