UPDATE: Recent SmartThings User Experience & Platform Performance

My system has all the same problems that it had last week plus some new ones in the last two days. So I haven’t seen improvement. I’m not the only one in that situation:

I’m sure it is better for some people. It’s also worse for some people. And it’s probably the same for other people. Database corruption is often a musical chairs game, unfortunately, as are flooding issues.

The one thing that’s been consistent with SmartThings since last November is the inconsistency of the user experience from one customer to another. :wink:
