All of a sudden a new Zwave Thermostat device appeared during an inclusion. I have 2 x ecobee3 thermostats but absolutely no zwave thermostat… so what is this device?
Your neighbors probably. Add it and play with the settings.

I had not thought of that… I know they have an alarm system (Vivent) that integrates some home automation stuff so I’ll let them know they may need to include their thermostat in their system before their HVAC is hijacked 
- This will also hopefully stop the device from popping up every time I try to include something new.
