Recently, about two days ago, I made a change of devices in my bathroom, replacing a Xiaomi plug with a relay module. Today I went to check the Zigbee connection path of my sensors and came across this “unknown device” in the middle of the path of the humidity sensor, which is practically next to the new module.
Everything remains working correctly. Its odd because the module itself is identified in his path and no devices appears as “unknown” in connected devices list of the hub.
Would you mind trying to control the device again, and then noting down the exact time (with timezone) when you do it? After that, please send us the hub logs so the team can take a closer look.
Hi @Itati , thanks for your response. Device control, automations, … are all working as expected.
The “problem” is the “unknown” device in the connection path of “Sensor Temp/Hum Box”. If i look in the hub connected devices, all my devices are correctly identified and this “unknown device” is only shown in the connection path of this particular sensor.
If i try to click to open the device, it gives me the “Unable to connect to device” error
Thanks for the update and for dumping the hub logs.
Could you also please share the exact timestamp (with timezone) of when you tried to open the device and saw the “Unable to connect to device” message? That will help the team line things up in the logs more easily.
