Today for some random reason my ecobee service was disconnected from Smarthings ( Samsung V2 hub). When I try to relink service I get an error message on ecobee page…
I removed ecobee thermostat. When try to add new device and select ecobee it tell me to link account but I get an error message on ecobee page without me entering my credentials and password
My Ecobee app works fine I can control thermostat…
I didn’t take the step of unlinking, but otherwise having the same problem as you are. I have them linked to Alexa also and looking there they are listed as unresponsive. So seems like an Ecobee cloud issue to me, but the Ecobee app still seems fine.
EDIT: I take it back, app doesn’t seem fine. It will load, but I realized it’s not refreshing and I can’t execute any actions. Down Detector also is showing a spike in issue for Ecobee. So seems like a wait for resolution situation.
Same here app seems to be lagging and not updating…probably issue with cloud …
Service is restored. You can re-link and refresh and your devices will be active.

Mine appears to be active and updating but marks as offline. I was able to refresh my existing link.
