Unable to log into mobile app (only)

I’m able to log into my smarthings account via a computer/browser and everything is there and appears to be working.

However repeated attempts at logging in via the mobile app, on a(n original) pixel XL I am unable to log into the mobile app. Entering my login information results in this error:

[403]
Sorry, the resource you want to access is forbidden, so this request has been refused.
If you have any questions, please contact the administrator.

Followed by a string that I don’t understand, if an admin lets me know that it’s safe and useful to share publicly, I’m happy to do so.

This has been going on for at least a week, possibly a month. I’ve purged the caches, local data, uninstalled and re-installed the app with the same results.

Have you contacted customer support? They will have better access to the information needed to assist.
