Unable to delete SmartApps

Anyone else having issues deleting SmartApps today? Every app, even a newly created, unpublished, never used template app fail to delete with an http 405 error.

This should be resolved as of a few minutes ago.

Confirmed, thank you. It also sees github publishing was affected but that appears to work again as well.
