Unable to delete device from Alexa which was added from SmartThings

Has anyone seen this before? When I click on Rahim’s Samsung Soundbar Q70T to remove it, its stuck on loading. I’ve tried everything from reinstalling the Alexa App to setting up a new link to the soundbar. Thanks
