So I’ve run into a weird situation where my account or v3 hub is set up in for the UK even though I am in the US. Every time I try to add a new device, pages are either blank or showing the “UK” options only. This hasn’t been an issue until now because everything Ive set up is either region free (ex. motion sensors) or custom device handlers, but now Im trying to integrate my Honeywell thermostat and all Im getting is a blank page. Support has confirmed my account is a US account. Is there anything else I can do besides fully resetting the smart hub and starting from scratch?
