Hi All, Last wednesday our hub stopped communication with our devices. It can see them and if I disconnect the hub they all go offline in the app. But i cant switch any lights on and the scenes/routines done work. I can however still control the lights via the hue app. Any ideas on where to star…

First of all, thank you @nayelyz for helping us out. Its now been two weeks since our smart homes got in a disarray and it would be appreciated to get an update from Smartthings regarding the situation and the progress of solving the issue.

Hi @nayelyz Just as an addition, to try and get it working I removed the Hue Hub and associated devices from my SmartThings and re-added it, but it has gone from Local to Cloud now, even though the “Connect to hub” option. Hi, everyone. Sorry for the delay. The team is still working on the fix for this issue, they were able to replicate the issue on their end so, this is helping them to make tests. Once they provide more feedback about it, we’ll let you know.

Same issue for me. Some Hue bulbs stopped working around June 1st - I deleted and reinstalled and that fixed the issue until now. All Hue bulbs now not working in ST, all show online but don’t respond to ST app but work perfectly via Hue app. Hue bridge driver details attached [IMG_1154]

Notice that you have driver 13/6/23 so things are moving, I’m still on 6/6
