I have a feeling that it is appearing under the Direct Connected Devices as a Bluetooth Connected Device, which directly connected devices do not allow for remote on/off functionality or the capability to be included in Automations or Scenes. If ‘UE55F6500SS’ does not appear under your supported devices list, it would not be able to be added to ST for remote control functionality.
The model that you have provided is an international device being used internationally.
We do not have the ability to support models outside of the US. There are differences between the US and International firmware, in which we do not have access to.
