Turn lights on from an offset if door is open

Hello! I’m trying to automatize this:

If my smart lock is open from 15 mons before dusk till dawn, I’d like that my living room’s lights turns on. I’ve tried to set it but seems that the offset doesn’t works as “from” but like it have to happen at that specific time or nothing… It’s possible to create what I had in mind? Thank you guys

Should work if you set a time range and indicated 15 mins before sunset.
