I’m going through the steps for Community installer. On the YouTube video I’m watching it says on the IDE page under Smartapps I should have an Enable GitHub integration button. Mine looks completely different. I have the following button from left to right. “Commit Changes” “Update from Repo” “Setting” “”New SmarApp”
all he shows is “Enable GitHub Integration” & “New SmartApp”. What have I done wrong?

Also, what country are you in? GitHub integration is not available in all regions.

It would appear that what you have done is already enabled the GitHub Integration. You have described what it ends up looking like.
