I’m having problems connecting a kiwkset 912. The lock is about 15 feet from the hub, direct line of site. I press the left button on the lock and the red light comes on for a few seconds, but the hub can’t see it. The directions are “rather sparse” that come with the lock. Anyone have any tips on how to get this connected?

I’m having the same issue - I’m not clear on what resolved it for you. I press the left button (B) and have the app searching for a device. Nothing ever happens…
Exit out of the add process in the app and quit it. It appeared when I opened the app again. Not sure if it was a bug or not.
Thank, I finally got it connected. It must have hung up during the first pair attempt and I had to exclude it to get it to work.
