Trouble Pairing Aeotec Siren Gen 5

Hi, I’m still a green-horn user after several years. I only visit ST Community when something doesn’t work, and now I cannot add an Aeotec Siren to my hub. I have tried both the old and the new ST apps, but no success. The new app does offer to let me unpair, and when I choose that, it says that it unpaired with one device, but there is no visual confirmation of what it unpaired from. And then repairing still doesn’t work. Can someone guide me to some help?
