My problem began last week when I set off the motion alarm that should have been off. I found that my set up was changed and set it back the way I had it. It kept defaulting, so I asked for help with online support. No one responded. I followed some info on the support site and eventually uninstalled everything, including location. Now I can’t get past the hub code.
If the welcome code that came with the hub doesn’t work try the serial# instead. It’s located on the underside of the hub at the bottom of the round sticker in tiny text. If the serial# is a no go then email@example.com is your only hope.
