Trane XL624 not working with SmartThings

Have a smart things and it’s paired with two Trane XL624 thermostats. It used to work fine, but lately, the mode to turn the system off/auto/on does not work. The fan button still works and I can change temperature, but can’t change the mode.

I’ve tried to repair, but still the same thing happens. Any ideas? Would like to avoid buying new thermostats! Thanks

I am experiencing some issues lately with mine as well. It worked halfway reliable for some months, but now it seems no matter which handler I try, something is just broken with all of them. I fear I will have to break down and buy a better supported model some time soon…
