Thirdreality ZL1 zigbee bulbs connect but cannot be controlled

I just purchased 12 Thirdreality ZL1 zigbee bulbs. They paired quickly with my Smartthings hub, but I cannot control them at all. After about 30 minutes they’ll eventually lose connection to the hub. They’re using the Zigbee Light Multifunction Mc driver. How can I get control over the bulbs and keep them connected?

I’m using the Smartthings wifi as a hub (ET-WV525). It’s in bridge mode as I use Deco 6E as my router.

I’ve tried

  1. Changing the channel of zigbee.
  2. Unplugging the hubs for 15 minutes and plugging them back in to allow the zigbee network to reconfigure.
  3. Changing to different drivers.
  4. Looking for specific driver from Thirdreality for the bulbs (can’t find one).

Are they connected to a dimmer by chance?

No they are not connected to a dimmer.
