Text message variables available when using the new app automations?

I moved over my routines from the classic app to Automation’s in the new app. The old “I’m Back” and “Goodbye!” routines used to tell me in the text message who was arriving/departing.

Are device variables available to use in the new app Automation text notifications?

Not that I’ve seen. You’d have to setup separate automations for each person.

Any workaround for this?
I would also like to see “who” is arriving.

My workaround was to move to Hubitat :wink:
