Temperature rate of rise sensor?

I’m looking for a temperature sensor that I can configure to trigger an alarm if the temperature rises at a certain rate. I want to ultimately have smartthings issue speaker warnings and phone alerts when the sensor is triggered.

Anyone have experience setting this kind of configuration up? Looking for hardware and prompt help.

There are some heat sensors available in Europe that do this, where it’s a more common request. :thinking:

What country are you in and do you have a smartthings/Aeotec hub? And if so, which model?
