Tapt switch not responding

So I have an in-wall GE Tapt switch left over from my wink setup that stopped responding about a week ago. I reset it and am trying to re-add it but it’s not repairing.

ST Hub v1 btw, I know there was apparently a v2 update but that shouldn’t affect me.

How do I force it back into pairing mode?

Edit: Solved. As mentioned elsewhere GE switches can go crazy. Restarted by throwing the breaker and it paired just fine.
