When I transition from Cox Internet to T-Mobile 5G the Feit Bulbs would drop randomly. First, I added a 2.4 GHz channel to the T-Mobile router. When the bulbs were turned off then back on - the bulbs would work for a while - then drop at a random time. Feit technical support was responsive, but it took a while to determine this issue. I did add an additional 2.4 GHz channel to the T-Mobile router (2-2.4 GHZ channels and 1-5G channel). Initially Feit technical support suggested that the Feit Bulbs were not compatible with the T-Mobile router; naturally that didn’t sit well with me. Feit technical support finally suggest I change the T-Mobile router security from WPA2/WPA3 to WPA/WPA2, that fixed the problem. The Feit bulbs no longer drop. Feit technical support was excellent. Feit bulbs don’t work with SmartThings, so we probably won’t be able to help you here. Why don’t you try the Reddit home automation subforum: they cover all brands.
