I don’t see us doing that to be honest. Our support infrastructure is completely separate from the forums and such an integration would be non-trivial.
What’s more likely to happen is that we enable functionality at http;//support.smartthings.com to log into your SmartThings SSO account and view your open tickets.
That would work for me too.
